Geen doorschuivingen mogelijk bij teams die in 2 klasse voorkomen.
Bij gelijke eindstanden, direct penalty's 5 om 5 en indien en toch nog geen winnaar bekend is dan 1 om 1 totdat er een winnaar uit de bus komt.
Na de poule fase hebben we weer een loting voor de knock-out fase.
